No, I do not accept insurance. I’m committed to individualized care and flexibility in treatment, which can be hampered by the restrictions of insurance companies. Working directly with you, instead of the insurance companies, allows for greater control over factors like frequency of appointments, duration of therapy, and the need for a diagnosis. I believe this approach leads to better outcomes for clients.

There is no set timer on therapy. The length and frequency of therapy is unique to each person. You know when you're reaching the end when you begin to feel better, see progress, and are more confident in yourself.
Initially, weekly sessions are often helpful for establishing a solid foundation for our work together. As we get comfortable and see progress, we can adjust the pace to bi-weekly, then monthly, ultimately tailoring the frequency of sessions to your specific needs and readiness to graduate.
